This incredible reality is a far cry from where I started though.

I started coaching as an “expensive hobby” in my 20’s and by the time I was 34 I finally began to claim my worth and started a real coaching business (you know where people actually pay you!)

I’d been running a franchise for 10 years, was a single mom, had just gotten married and was pregnant when my coaching business took off. 

I was the breadwinner at the time and my ego kicked me into high gear.  I waking up at 6 am to breastfeed and then get into my office by 7 am to start coaching calls with international clients at 8 am. 

I was hustling and attending and speaking at every networking event I could find.

And through my own struggles with being able to charge and receiving money I realized tons of women had this problem.

The Permission to Charge brand was built.  And finally after 3 years of networking and speaking and “trying” to attract clients...I had a message and offer that worked.

I went from 15K one year to almost six figures the next.

But by the time my daughter was born, I was burned out from traveling every quarter...meeting my mentors in places like Paris, Australia, Dominican Republic.

I was burned out by the bro marketing strategies that were working for me on some level but completely burning me out at the same time.

I was tired of helping set up funnels and doing webinar reviews every single day.  I wasn’t just coaching...I felt glued to my inbox. 

I was MORE than a business coach and I knew it.

I built a team of 9, had insane overhead and felt like managing this all was NOT giving me my time freedom that I so desperately wanted.

So burned it all down.  

I’m now a lean team of 3 and I serve clients in leveraged programs ranging from low to ultra-premium pricing.

I’m generally “on” for only 10 hours per week and the rest of the time I can create, receive downloads and spend time with my little one.
